This challenge is designed to help you regain your spark and discipline for your fitness, wellness, and routines. Over the course of our 4 weeks together, we are going to be placing energy, intention, and care into your physical fitness, mental wellness, emotional nutriment, and healthy habits through building systems that will set you up for success. The challenge consists two parts. Firstly, there is an efficient yet effective 6 step morning routine that you are to do every day of the 4 weeks. The goal of this is to improve your mindset, inner fulfillment, and motivation to take action. Secondly is the 4 day workout split where you are to complete each workout to fully finish the challenge!

What equipment is needed?

A fully equipped gym is needed to complete the workout portion of this guide.

How challenging are the workouts?

This challenge is written for the intermediate to advanced level trainee with weightlifting and training experience. I will not be going over basics or solely incorporating beginner friendly exercises so please assess your level and comfortability in the gym appropriately! With that said, I have included regressions for some exercises and “level 1” and “level 2” options for the full body circuit workouts.
